Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Legatum Group Limited ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the VaultHire platform.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device. They allow the website to recognise your device and remember information about your visit (preferences, login state, etc.).
Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and browser fingerprinting techniques. We refer to all of these collectively as "cookies" in this policy.

Analytics
Where used, analytics cookies help us understand how the Service is used in aggregate. We currently use minimal first-party analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Security and anti-abuse
We use a browser-derived fingerprint (a hash of non-identifying browser characteristics) to detect trial abuse. This is not a tracking cookie; it is computed at signup to prevent the same device creating multiple trial accounts.
3. Your choices
Browser controls
You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or notify you when they are set. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Service from functioning correctly.
Cookie banner
When you first visit VaultHire, you will be asked to consent to non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting.
4. Third-party cookies
When you complete a payment through Stripe, Stripe sets its own cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing. These are governed by Stripe's privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy
We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes we will update this policy and request fresh consent.
5. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes.
